Great service. One of their engineers called Chris came to our property to service the boiler and gas fire. He was friendly, polite and extremely knowledge. Told me exactly what he was going to do and then when he found something on the boiler that could do with being replaced, he took the time to show me and explain why it needed doing. All the carpets were protected too and he even hoovered after! Excellent service and will 100% be using them for all future work.

We live in an old house and our plumbing is very complex. Mike from IND came out first to understand the issue, and then sent Steve on an appointed day to do the work. Steve was very punctual, courteous, tidy!, and thorough, and I’m glad to say, fixed the problem. We appreciated his explanations and further advice. We would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for a very competent plumbing service.

I highly recommend this company. They recently replaced a 3way valve and replaced our shower , with great professionalism. The young man was a credit to the trade and company.
After several other plumbing and heating companies I contacted either didn’t bother calling me back, or said they come round and never bothered to turn up . IND explained current situation that they were busy but gave me a date. They turned up on time on day I was quoted and carried out the job wonderfully. Thank you so much. Really appreciate your help.

Brilliant service provided by Darren at IND.

Outstanding Service from Mike and the team at IND Plumbing!

Mike and his team recently carried out a boiler service for us and installed a new water softener and the whole experience was absolutely first class from start to finish.

They were punctual, professional, and took great care to explain everything clearly. The boiler service carried out by Colin was thorough and efficient, and the water softener installation by Sam was done to a really high standard. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results.

What stood out most was how respectful and tidy they were throughout the job. They left everything spotless, and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing things right.

Highly recommend IND Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality plumbing services. Thanks again, Mike and team - we’ll definitely be using you again in the future!

Our plumber could not have been more helpful. He took time to provide good explanations of what the problem was, provided us with a solution on the day while it may not completely fix the issue
and he did not try to oversell a solution we may not need - Really impressed. So refreshing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call IND again.

Excellent service, care and attention, nothing to much trouble to even look at other queries in the house, and advise on best precautions to prevent further blockage, smells, drainage. IND Plumbing & Heating were fantastic. They were very responsive to my initial query, arranging to come out the morning after and were very thorough with their investigation into our boiler problem. We now have reliable hot water again after several visits from another company couldn't resolve the issue. We will definitely be using them for our servicing and repairs moving forward.

I rarely ever write reviews but IND Plumbing & Heating have blown me away with their responsiveness. I called them early in morning, as I had a small leak in the bathroom.They strived to help me that day, as being a teacher my time off is restricted mid week. They kept me informed with their availablity during the morning and were able to attend that day at lunch. They fixed the issue quickly and were very attentive. Brilliant work and a well deserved 5 star ⭐.
